SAP ABAP Developer for a fixed-term project (B2B, freelance)

The Southeast Europe (SEE) branch employs 250+ professionals, operates in Bulgaria and North Macedonia, and has provided services in various sectors (Healthcare, Fintech, Banking, Insurance, E-commerce and Retail, Procurement, etc.) for over 20 years.

In 2022 we stepped above and introduced two innovative software products: Desk Buddy and GROW.

For a fixed-term project of 6 months, we are looking for a SAP ABAP Developer.

Tasks:

  • Bugs or incidents in existing systems must be prioritized for operational stability.
  • Independent development, further development, and optimization of the ONE CRM interface for master and transaction data with a focus on SAP IS-U and SAP CRM
  • Technical modeling and implementation of synchronization processes between SAP, Mulesoft, and Salesforce
  • Processing and support for incidents in the ONE CRM interface and data quality issues
  • Performing root cause analyses for identified data quality deviations
  • Contribution of expert knowledge on data quality and modeling topics for GSTP(.core) applications
  • Structured documentation of all development and analysis results
  • Consulting on go-live activities and orderly handover to ongoing support

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP CRM, in particular:
  • BDoc processing
  • Middleware configuration
  • Customizing and enhancements
  • Experience with interface development and integration processes
  • Understanding of data models and processes in Salesforce and their relevance for SAP
  • Basic understanding of MuleSoft flows and their role in the system landscape

SAP-specific:

  • ABAP (including ABAP OO)
  • BDoc analysis and processing
  • SAP CRM middleware
  • Debugging and performance optimization

Integration skills:

  • XML (including XPath/XSLT)
  • SOAP and REST interfaces
  • Basic knowledge of MuleSoft
  • Understanding of DataWeave
  • API structures and their use by SAP
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce:
  • Data objects, API structure
  • Understanding of Apex and Lightning components

Tools & Methods:

  • Postman, SoapUI
  • Git
  • JIRA, Confluence
  • Agile method

What we expect:

  • Full time engagement 8 hours per day.
  • Maximum of non-committed/not working of 25 days.
  • Comply with the office policies: At least 2 days per month in the office, to meet with your team.
  • To be present in the office when there is a client visit.
