Q: Can you tell us a bit more about your role and responsibilities as a customer advisor?
Silvana: I am a member of the, where we actively oversee a range of customer requests. Our responsibilities encompass coordinating customer calls, offering dedicated support throughout the enablement process for new suppliers, and conducting comprehensive training sessions, which stand as our primary supported solution. Furthermore, we foster collaboration with various teams within our customer, ensuring a holistic understanding of the entire process to deliver an enriched experience for our customers.
Q: Why did you choose this professional field, and what aspects of your job do you find most enjoyable?
Silvana: I derive great enjoyment from the collaborative nature of the work and the ongoing learning opportunities.
Q: You have been part of Proxiad for several years now. What has contributed to your decision to stay with Proxiad for such a long period? What aspects of our organization do you particularly appreciate?
Silvana: I have been with the company for 8 years now, due to the favorable work environment and the numerous opportunities for professional development it offers. Engaging in diverse projects has significantly contributed to both my personal and career growth. Moreover, the presence of a supportive team and the chance to collaborate with exceptional individuals has consistently made it an enjoyable workplace.
Q: We acknowledge your creative nature. Can you elaborate on how you first discovered your passion and skill for handcrafting? Additionally, could you share the specific details or items that you particularly enjoy crafting?
Silvana: I always admired the beautiful things around me and every single little detail. Throughout the years I have been dedicating more and more time to my hobby and with the support of my family and friends, it turned into a project, allowing me to express my creativity. I recently created my Instagram page for gift wrapping and decorations. I mostly enjoy creating wedding invitations and using different wax steal stamps. All this brings both satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment.
Q: What significance does crafting various details hold for you? Have you gained any insights or skills from this activity that you find applicable to your personal life or professional work?
Silvana: Certainly, my hobby has imparted invaluable lessons that extend into various aspects of my life and work. The attention to detail and patience demanded by crafting have significantly heightened my focus and precision in my professional endeavors. Moreover, this creative pursuit has played a pivotal role in refining my skills in time management and adaptability—qualities that I consider immensely beneficial in both personal and professional spheres.
