Proxiad SEE SummerCamp: Work, Relax and Fun by the Sea
Proxiad SEE brings together its employees from Sofia, Plovdiv, and Skopje for the entire summer by the sea. Our camp in 2023 turned out to be one of the most anticipated events.
The Summer Camp is an excellent opportunity for the company to boost employee engagement and enhance people collaboration in an alternative working environment. Proxiad SEE was among the pioneers, enabling its people to stay for a week of work and leisure by the seaside. For the last three years in different Bulgarian resorts, we had the chance to engage in various team-building initiatives like beach activities, team dinners, and excursions to nearby attractions.
This year’s Summer Camp took place in a fully equipped guesthouse that provided ample space for work, meetings, and chill. The villa’s garden invited teams to gather for chats, collaboration, and delightful refreshments, while the nearby beach was just a 5-minute walk away.
The Summer Camp is a highly anticipated event among Proxiad SEE people, with overall positive feedback. According to our Employee Survey, the Annual Team Building and Summer Camp are the most popular events.
