
Referral policy
Overview
Proxiad SEE is a company that recognizes the value of referrals. As such, we welcome and reward them no matter where they came from. This is why we established an external referral policy for everyone who wants to recommend their friend.
EXTERNAL REFERRAL POLICY
(Non-Proxiad Bulgaria and Non-Proxiad North Macedonia Employees. For the purposes of this document, the two companies will be referred to as Proxiad SEE.)
This policy provides guidance for the rules and process of our Refer a Friend Program.
Requirements
- The Referrer must submit referrals through the “Refer A Friend” form on Proxiad SEE’s website in order for Proxiad SEE to validate referrals and reward fulfilments.
- The Referrer must ensure that candidates are aware of the referral and have given their consent to be referred.
- To qualify for a reward, your referred friend must be offered a full-time contract within a 6-month period from the referral date.
- The Referrer will only receive one Refer a Friend bonus regardless of the number of positions the referred friend was referred for.
- If your friend has been in process with Proxiad SEE for the same or another position through another channel during the last six months, he can’t be considered as a referral.
- If your friend is referred by more than one Referrer, the valid referral is the one submitted first through Proxiad SEE’s “Submit CV” form.
Refer A Friend Bonus Payment Policy
- Only successfully hired referrals are eligible for a Refer a Friend bonus. A Hire is considered successful if the referral stays with the company for a period of 6 months after their start date at Proxiad SEE.
- The Referrer will receive a Refer а Friend bonus only if the referral is hired for a position that is eligible for a Refer a Friend Bonus. If the referred friend is hired for a position without an announced Refer a Friend bonus, the referral is not eligible for the bonus.
- Тhe Refer a Friend bonuses are applicable for non-technical and technical positions ranked as Trainee, Junior, Regular, Senior, Technical/Team/Delivery Lead and Management/Architect Level, excluding administrative roles.
- The Refer a Friend bonus is payable in 1 instalment after 6 months of successful employment of the referral at Proxiad SEE.
The amount of the Rеfer a Friend bonus depends on the seniority level of the hired candidates, as follows:
- 250 EUR net for trainee positions
- 500 EUR net for non-technical /support/BPO/junior-level positions
- 1000 EUR net for mid-level positions
- 1500 EUR net for senior-level positions
- 2000 EUR net for technical/team/delivery lead-level positions
- 2500 EUR net for senior management/architect positions
- Proxiad SEE has the right to make changes or withdraw the bonus scheme at any time. All successful Referrals made beforehand will be processed according to the conditions applicable at the time of the submission.
Tracking your referrals
- Once your Referral starts their application, you will receive an email notification making you aware of the activity. Your Referral will receive a separate email with a request to provide their consent for data processing based on the GDPR regulations. Their application will be processed once this consent is given.
- Should you wish to follow up further on the applicant’s status, you will need to reach out recruitment.see@proxiad.com
Policy Compliance
- There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make, and you will be awarded a referral bonus for each valid, successful referral.
- Proxiad SEE is not required to fulfill rewards when the policy is not complied with.
- The Recruitment team will review all referrals to determine their suitability for the role.
- Proxiad SEE will conduct interviews with only those referred candidates who meet the required needs and will extend employment offers only to those candidates who are the most qualified, regardless of how the candidate came to our attention. Please consider the requirements of specific vacancies and the suitability of potential candidates prior to submission.
- Where a candidate is not initially hired for the specific vacancy they were referred for but a recruiter or hiring manager then considers them for another vacancy as a result of your referral, you will be eligible for any referral bonus offered for the other vacancy within a 6-month period.
- Proxiad SEE has the right to terminate the program at any time. All successful Referrals made beforehand will be processed according to the conditions applicable at the time of the submission.
Exclusions
- You cannot refer an existing employee of Proxiad SEE under this channel.
- You cannot refer yourself under this channel. If you wish to apply for a vacancy, please follow the application process.
- You cannot refer a friend for a vacancy where you are the hiring manager, or where you have any involvement in the recruitment or interview and selection process.
Definitions and Terms
- A successful referral includes a CV/Resume/Profile with valid contact details (phone number and/or email) of the referred person. The referred person should be aware of the application made on their behalf for the particular position and be interested in it.
