2025 Technical Performance Report
Our teams work in industries where complexity is the baseline – healthcare systems that can’t afford downtime, financial platforms where security isn’t optional. What stood out this year was how consistently we delivered in those environments.
We modernized platforms without disrupting operations. We made architectural decisions that will support our clients for years to come. We built systems that handled real-world pressure.
Our focus stayed the same: reliability, security, and adaptability.
This 2025 technical performance report shows the work behind those outcomes. When engineering teams operate with trust, accountability, and technical excellence, they deliver real value – not just in what they build, but in how they build it.

Large-Scale Delivery & Operational Excellence
Our teams demonstrated strong execution capacity at scale, combining speed, predictability, and quality. Managing a very high volume of parallel initiatives while maintaining strong delivery discipline enabled predictable delivery and operational stability, even under high pressure and during critical incidents.
- More than 500 projects launched across major platforms, including several hundred large-scale initiatives.
- Releases across multiple geographic regions, including Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South America, exceeding initial targets.
- EDI delivery at scale, with more than 1400 EDI activities delivered reliably, including new client onboardings, major migrations, and continuous production support.
- High-pressure incident handling: our support teams successfully absorbed 50%+ spikes in workload during critical incidents without backlog increase.
Platform Modernization & Technical Debt Reduction
2025 was marked by bold modernization initiatives designed to reduce long-term technical debt while minimizing operational risk. By favoring pragmatic architectural decisions over disruptive rewrites, our teams enabled clients to modernize critical platforms faster, more safely, and with immediate operational benefits.
- The team successfully removed legacy technologies and decommissioned outdated frameworks at a lower cost than originally budgeted by the client, allowing resources to be redirected toward future projects.
- Major Java platform upgrades (from legacy Java 8 to the latest LTS Java version) completed in a fraction of the initially estimated effort through smart architectural decisions.
- Large-scale technical stack updates across Java, Spring, Hibernate, and distributed systems, improving maintainability, performance, and security.
- Data lifecycle optimization: archiving and purging strategies implemented to ensure EU compliance while significantly reducing infrastructure costs.
- Monolith-to-microservices transformations fully designed and implemented by Proxiad teams.
- Reusable blueprints introduced, accelerating development while improving consistency and performance.
Quality Engineering, Reliability & Security
Quality and security remained non-negotiable across all engagements. By embedding automation, observability, and security controls directly into delivery workflows, teams reduced operational risk, improved system stability, and enabled earlier detection of potential issues.
Automation-first strategies led to:
- On a key client platform, automation efforts led to a defect reduction of around 50% in UAT and production.
- Close to 500 new automated tests were delivered for another major client, significantly strengthening regression coverage.
- Across several projects, teams maintained code coverage levels above the agreed targets, with no critical security vulnerabilities reported.
- Advanced performance testing pipelines:
- 4× increase in performance test executions
- Nightly automated performance runs for critical services
- Improved observability, enabling detection of functional defects through performance tooling
Continuous Improvement of Delivery Processes
Throughout 2025, several teams focused on refining and improving delivery processes to better support complex projects and demanding environments. These continuous improvements helped teams detect issues earlier, reduce friction during releases, and improve overall delivery predictability.
- Earlier testing and validation activities were introduced outside of the standard verification phases, enabling teams to identify and address issues sooner and easing the pressure on formal release cycles.
- Delivery and release workflows were improved through refinements of CI pipelines and increased automation, making testing, validation, and troubleshooting more accessible, repeatable, and reliable for delivery teams.
- Teams actively contributed to process definition and optimization from scope definition through delivery, allowing workflows to adapt more effectively to complex, evolving project constraints.
- As a result of process improvements, one of our largest client engagements achieved on-time delivery for 99.3% of projects, even in a complex and highly demanding environment.
Artificial Intelligence, Automation & Intelligent Tooling
AI moved from experimentation to concrete operational value in 2025. The focus was on applying AI and automation that directly improve delivery efficiency, consistency, and quality.
- Strategic AI initiatives delivering high accuracy, supported by multiple research streams.
- AI-assisted development practices significantly increased team productivity, effectively doubling output capacity.
- By integrating AI directly into the client’s platform, users can now generate images, videos, and content as part of their standard workflows, accelerating delivery time and improving overall content quality.
- AI-driven automation was used to implement EU digital accessibility requirements, enabling scalable generation of compliant catalogue versions.
- AI-driven testing agents prototyped and demonstrated.
End-User Impact & Customer Experience
Proxiad teams continued to operate close to end users, reinforcing trust through responsiveness, clarity, and reliability. Improvements in support processes and platform usability translated directly into higher satisfaction and stronger adoption.
- Customer satisfaction improvements across all support channels, with CSAT consistently above 90%.
- Response times are 30%+ faster than SLA, improving user experience during critical moments.
- Documentation and support workflow revamps, improving self-service and reducing friction.
- Successful handling of high-visibility, business-critical clients with strong feedback and trust.
Talent Growth, Skills & Team Resilience
People remained at the core of our success in 2025. Investments in onboarding, cross-skilling, and knowledge sharing ensured continuity, reduced dependency on external hiring, and supported long-term client partnerships.
- Rapid onboarding of new teams in complex domains (finance, healthcare, logistics).
- 75% team growth on one of our biggest projects for 2025 with zero turnover.
- Cross-skilling success: senior engineers transitioned between major technology stacks in under 3 months, preserving knowledge and reducing hiring costs.
- Strong knowledge-sharing culture, including training, documentation ownership, and technical leadership in client ecosystems.
- Multilingual and multicultural teams, thus enabling closer collaboration with regional stakeholders.
Looking Forward
2025 proved that consistent execution in complex environments delivers fundamental value. Our teams operated with trust and accountability across healthcare, finance, logistics, and other demanding sectors.
In 2026, we’ll remain focused on the same principles: build systems that are reliable, secure, and ready to adapt. Thank you to our teams and partners for making 2025 a year of solid execution and meaningful outcomes.
