When a resource is reserved, the system automatically marks it as unavailable to prevent double bookings.

The system enables every employee to search for any of their teammates and invite them to spend their working day in the office together. For the people, who want to stay under the radar, there’s also an incognito functionality which makes your booking private, so no one knows you’re in the office.
